Here’s a review of the Nightstick Tac-400, and my thoughts about its quality and features.
If you need features like strobe, or insist upon CR123a batteries, this is not the light for you (although there is a version that is non-rechargeable).
If, however, you want an inexpensive, moderately bright rechargeable light that you can trust, I’d definitely give the Tac-400 a look.
