It didn’t hurt that I spent much of the show with this guy:
His poncho was on point, and we had folks coming out of the woodwork to slap their rare and secret patched on this magnificent specimen… at which point those of us along for the ride would ask politely if we could please have one too. It usually worked.
There were lots of great vendors and lots of fun sights to see, like the dog in the R/C car in the header image.
The most exciting parts were all the new products though, and I’ll be talking about one of those next.
