Just did a brief video on this saw; I’m hoping to find more stuff to cut with it and to challenge it a bit more than I did here, but it was too cool to keep sitting on! Look for more cuts soon!
Additional preliminary impressions: battery life is good, weight is very good, the saw doesn’t seem to like to be forced through things though like a gas operated saw can. It’ll bog down if forced, but if you let it do the cutting at its own pace it’s very effective.
Curious if abrasive/sacrificial blades would be more or less effective.
Seems to take car hoods and the like effectively, excited to see how it performs on other, tougher materials.
A bit concerned it may not reach all the way through a thicker commercial door – I’ll get some measurements next shift and find that out. More to come!
